This training program will discuss key employment policies that should be incorporated in every employee handbook. The webinar will further discuss policy statements that add value to the employer-employee relationship and will list key issues that will require inclusion in the future.

Why Should You Attend:

The purpose and scope of employee handbooks policies and the practices are changing and expanding. From a siloed HR activity that creates insular documents concerned primarily with communicating the organization’s work rules and benefits, employee handbook policies and practices have evolved into a critical component of an organization-wide management process that maximizes the organization’s achievement of business objectives, enhances the value of their human capital, and minimizes legal risk.

In light of these changes and to ensure that your organization is properly communicating required notices, this webinar discusses how your organization can reduce the gap between policy issuance and effective implementation and discusses key employment provisions that should be in every employee handbook.
