Federal law requires that every employer who recruits, refers for a fee, or hires an individual for employment in the U.S. must complete Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The Form I-9 process, managed by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, will help you verify your employee's identity and employment authorization.In 2020, the USCIS issued a new I9 form, which must be used for all workers starting in August 2020. We will review the changes and all the important information regarding the I9 process.
