Speaker: Jane Hennessy,

Jane Hennessy is on the Board of Directors of Oak Financial Software Corporation, a start-up focused on mobile international financial services products for Hispanics, and is also serving at the Chief Compliance Officer for the company. In addition, Jane is an independent banking and payments consultant for global, regional and community financial services organizations. She works on a variety of projects including strategy, marketing and branding, website re-design, training and product development. Previously, Jane was Executive Vice President and Manager, Marketing, Strategy and Information Management, Cross-sell and International Personal Banking in the International Group, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Her responsibilities included marketing and strategy for all lines of international business including trade services and trade finance, foreign exchange, correspondent banking, international treasury management, international personal banking. Prior to this position, Jane was a Group Personnel Manager in Wells Fargo’s Wholesale Banking Group. Jane was recently a member of the Traxpay Corporate Banking Advisory Board, a company focused on B2B payments, and the West Coast Advisory Board for the Institute of International Education. She is a past Chair of the Global Payments Forum. She has spoken extensively at conferences on topics including payments, authentication and retail banking.
